Andre Shramenko started out as a lawyer at Camden Regional Legal Services representing poor people. He went on to be a civil rights lawyer at the Fair Housing Council of Bergen County.
After that, Andre became a sole
practitioner litigating accidents, malpractice and commissions, while doing hundreds of real estate closings. He has been a title closer for Lawyers Title Insurance Company. Next, he worked for law firms concentrating in partnership and shareholder disputes, and environmental litigation for an international trade association of chemical manufacturers. Later, Andre became a name partner of a
major Bergen County law firm concentrating in probate matters and will contests, before returning to private practice as a sole practitioner.
Andre Shramenko has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education about will contests. He has been certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey from 1986 to 1998. Currently,
Andre is an accredited mediator of the Administrative Office of the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
